How we use your enquiry details

NINGBO SENTOR TRANSMISSION CO., LTD. uses the contact, company, product and application details you submit to respond to your request and prepare quotations. Required fields and the website record retention period are shown in the enquiry form before submission.

This notice applies to https://www.sentortrans.com. Website enquiry records are stored in a restricted database. Cloudflare provides hosting, database services and human verification; Resend sends enquiry notifications from website@notify.sentortrans.com to sales@sentortrans.com, our sales mailbox hosted by Zoho. These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell enquiry details or subscribe you to marketing emails through this form.

In the live service, original enquiry details in the website database are scheduled for automatic deletion 180 days after successful database creation, using the server-recorded creation time. The cleanup normally runs every five minutes in bounded batches. Service interruptions, a cleanup backlog or records requiring timestamp review may delay cleanup; failures and remaining work are monitored. Recovery backups may retain deleted records for the provider’s recovery period; database cleanup does not erase provider recovery copies immediately. Notification email copies in Resend, the Zoho sales mailbox, correspondence and any subsequent business records are managed separately and are not automatically deleted by D1 cleanup. This website is not a long-term customer management or CRM system. Minimal delivery status and non-content security audit information support reliable processing; linked database delivery records are removed with the expired enquiry. Human verification and essential security controls help prevent automated abuse. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. No advertising analytics are added by this enquiry feature.
